Quotes and bookings

Every quote is based on the details and photos supplied. A booking is agreed when the work, date and quote have been confirmed directly with us.

Access and the property

The client is responsible for arranging safe access and telling us about any hazards, delicate surfaces or special requirements before work starts.

Changes and cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if access, the condition of the property or the agreed work changes. Any revised work or charge will be agreed before it is carried out.
